Shipping policy
Order Processing & Production Time
All PoshPaws products are bespoke and created especially for you and your pet. Please note that our production time is separate from our shipping time.
The entire process includes two stages:

Design & Approval (2-3 Business Days): After you place your order and submit your custom details, our designer will create a digital proof of your artwork. This will be emailed to you for your review and final approval.

Production (3-5 Business Days): Once you have approved your design proof, your unique item is sent to our partners in Portugal for expert production.
Therefore, please allow a total of 5-8 business days for design and production before your order is ready to be shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Once your bespoke item has been created, it will be securely packaged and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Portugal: Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.

United Kingdom & Europe: Estimated delivery in 5-10 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays due to customs or carrier logistics are outside of our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PoshPaws ships from Portugal (part of the European Union). Please be aware that shipments to non-EU countries, such as the United Kingdom, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees. PoshPaws is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
