Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. At PoshPaws, every product is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece created specifically for you and your pet.

Because of the personalised nature of our bespoke products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any custom items once an order has been placed.

The PoshPaws Satisfaction Guarantee

We have built our process around ensuring you will love your final piece. Before any product is made, you will receive a digital design proof of your custom artwork via email. Production will only begin after we have received your final, written approval.

This collaborative step guarantees that you are completely happy with the design before it is created, eliminating any surprises.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the damage in your email to us.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All bespoke and custom-designed products (including portrait tiles and bandanas) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
